Female “Business Development Executive” -Lahore

Highly Keen is an HR Firm looking for a Female “Business Development Executive”
(for our own Firm). The Candidate shall perform Following Duties;
Job Description:
•Generate new leads of potential Clients, set appointments and do meetings with
the decision makers, study and understand their requirements, offer them HR
consultancy solutions according to their needs. And arrange final meeting with
seniors (if required)
•Map corporate clients for services related to different HR Functions and visit
the companies, meet the directors or HODs of companies to offer them services
according to their need.
•Perform marketing activities by sending broachers, e-mails and messages to
potential clients of Open Enrollment Training Programs and Ensure registrations.
•Perform marketing activities for Certification Courses and Ensure registrations
for HR Certification Courses
•Perform marketing activities by sending broachers, e-mails and messages to
companies and professionals for HR events like Conferences.
•Generate leads for getting event sponsorships and arrange further discussions
with seniors.
•Attend various seminars, forums and conferences for professional networking and
for company’s promotion purpose.
•Add and interact with professionals on online social community websites like face book and LinkedIn.
Note: Candidate will be provided with a mobile set along with monthly call budget;
as well as Chauffeur driven Car for Official Visits
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
The Ideal Candidate should possess the Following
•MBA Marketing or Masters in Marketing
•0-2 years of relevant experience.
•Good Analytical and Presentation Skills
•Good Communication (Both in English & Urdu)
•Confident & Proactive.
•Extrovert & Groomed Personality
•“Can do” Attitude.
Remuneration Package:
Gross Salary: 15,000 per Month
Plus Handsome Performance Incentives
