Technical Requirements

* Experience of leading a small/medium team of developers in large/
enterprise application development
* Strong leadership, project management, time management and problem
solving skills.
* End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
* A proven track record in Software Development primarily on Microsoft
based technologies such as C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, ASP, VB6, COM/COM+ and
SQL Server 2005/8.
* Technical experience of object oriented programming / modular
programming and database technologies is essential.
* Excellent level of written and verbal communication with good
interpersonal skills.
* Utility Billing Solutions Knowledge (water, gas, electricity)

Job Responsibilities

* Work together with team members to plan and execute projects.
* Ensure that team has appropriate product/technical specifications
and
direction to deliver projects.
* Ensure that projects remain on target to meet deadlines by
establishing realistic time estimates.
* Track and report the status of projects.
* Acting as a gateway through which work should be assigned to
appropriate team members.
* Evolve the existing software system applications and architecture in
various areas as needed.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the team members for optimum
technical performance and career development.

Educational / Experience Requirements

* Minimum Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent
from a reputed university.
* Minimum of 7 years experience in software development.
