Responsibilities:
- Driving product requirements based on market/regional segment needs
- Educating the organization on new business, technology trends and offerings addressing these trends
- Driving the sales efforts in different sales units.
- Providing trainings to the sales units (Commercial and Technical)
- Closely analyze product in respect of competition.
- Providing continuous assistance to the sales units to counter the competition.
- Product forecasting
- Partnerships / alliances for delivering total solutions
- Trade shows, seminars, analyst and press interactions
Qualification & Experience:
- Masters in Management / Business Administration will be an added advantage

- Team building & Leadership
- Developing the Business Plan for Market entry and expansion of existing products and services
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in a similar role
