PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA with minimum seven years of exposure.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analysis and negotiation skills
· Presentation and reporting skill
· Leadership, Team building, communication
MS office proficiency
IFRS / IAS / related applicable laws' knowledge
Understanding of ERP
· Ensure the preparation of product & cost center wise annual Budgets
· Variance analysis between budgeted and actual financial results and suggesting corrective, preventive and controlling measures.
· Making various financial analysis to ascertain the costs and benefits.
· Arrangement and negotiation of long term and short term funding requirements and investments.
· Understanding of ERP
Presentation and reporting skill
Arrangements and negotiation with banks for LCs, Contracts and LGs.
· Development of Collection system.
· To maintain good relations with banks.
· To supervise the covenants monitoring as per financing agreements .
· Management Reporting
· Timely preparation of Budgets for every financial year - Before the start of FY
· Arrangement of funds at market competitive rates as per management guidelines
· Providing management with variance analysis of budgets vs actual financial results on monthly basis
· Ensure the timely dissemination of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports to the stake holders
· Monthly update to the management about any breach of covenants immediately after accounts preparation
