Position iPhone Software Internee
Career Level Entry Level (0-2 years of experience)
Job Location Lahore (Only those who are currently residing in, or can relocate to Lahore)
Job Description We are seeking stellar Software Internees to design, implement and learn iPhone Games and Applications. This is a great opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies with an experienced and highly motivated development team and some of the best game publishers in the world. You will possess a love for games and a passion for writing well-structured, readable and optimized code. Experience with Unix, Mac OS X, Objective-C, Cocoa and OpenGL are not required but highly recommended
Required Skills - Experience with C-based languages such as ANSI C/C++ and Objective-C
- Experience with Cocoa Touch/iPhone SDK
- Commitment to dive into 3D and 2D graphics programming and Artificial Intelligence required
- Experience with game engines like Cocos2D, Unity and Torque is a major plus
- Great communication skills required as well as the ability to work well with others
- Must possess a very strong work ethic and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization skills, be self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a team environment, learn from your peers and mentor
Prefer - Preference will be given to individuals who have prior experience in mobile, desktop or web application development and knowledge of design principles such as MVC
- Experience with Web services, XML schemas and parsing, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript and browser DOM manipulation
- Experience with one or more of the following: Ruby on Rails, J2EE, PHP (CakePHP), ASP.NET
- Experience with open source applications such as MySQL, Apache, Tomcat, etc.
- Experience developing mobile apps on other platforms is a plus
