Admin & Logistics Assistant required in Wateen Telecom

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CEO’s electronic and postal correspondence
  • Managing CEO’s appointments
  • Ensure CEO has relevant information and briefing for meetings
  • Organize travel arrangements
  • Maintain electronic & hard copy filings system
  • Organize logistics for visits and organize meetings
  • Production & collation of agendas, papers and minutes for board meetings
  • Screening CEO’s telephone calls

Qualification & Experience:

  • Must hold a Master degree in Business Administration
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in all above mentioned responsibilities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
