Degree(s)/Major(s): Graduate / preferably MBA
Experience Required: More then two years of Telecom or relevant experience
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: -Lead projects effectively and deliver on time
- To meet the quality standards of products/services through ensuring thorough testing procedures via 'Usability Test Lab'
- To take ownership of tasks assigned and make dedicated efforts to achieve intended plans
- To interact with internal and external stakeholders efficiently as this position requires frequent communication and follow-up
- Expert in customer experiences
