Reports to: Manger Fleet Operation
Work Location: Fleet Management (Operations) - KESC
Education: Graduate (BS – Computer Science) preferably MBA
Experience: Minimum 2 years in relevant field.
Basic Job function:
Manages database, controls database structure, analyses the data and
produces report in desired format (Excel or Word).
Job Role:
Generates and produces reports from our Database or SAP depending on
the requirements on Microsoft Excel or PowerPoint.
Identify the trends looking at the monthly data pertaining to
Tracker, Fuel, Vehicle Allocation and Drivers and maintain graphs
accordingly.
Have a capability to analyze MIS and submit report so that user as
well as Fleet operations can make full advantage of the analysis.
Ensures that the data collection process is free from all type of
errors.
Working on the costs associated with different resources and
identify the areas for cost saving opportunities.
Maintains KPIs and ensures that the desired targets are fulfilled.
Has working knowledge of databases and systems.
Competencies:
Have competencies in MS Word and complete command on MS Excel.
Must possess high degree of honesty and integrity
