Degree(s)/Major(s): MCS, BCS
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years, Prior telco experience
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
1. Understanding of CRM and Business Support Systems.
2. Project management skills. Strong Planning and execution part.
3. Handling of Functional enhancements and change requests
4. Prior experience of working with vendors.
5. Hands on experience for Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
