Principal Responsibilities
§ Liaise with clients, team members, project managers to deliver successful Consultancy / IS projects.
§ Perform presale activities i.e. prepare technical part and timelines of the proposal, presentation/demo and deliver presentations and demos to the clients.
§ Conduct research & development and keep updates on the emerging technologies related to assigned domain.
§ Process compliance and MIS reporting of Technology Skills Matrix, Resource Assignment Requests, Resource Availability, Forecast Reports etc.
§ Ensure improvement and optimization of processes covering various activities of IS Group.
Core Skills
§ Technical architecture design of project
§ Strong Technical Knowledge of various Microsoft competencies
§ Preferably good understanding of CMMI process
§ Expertise in the primary consulting area, in particular Microsoft infrastructure technologies like Exchange Server, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM
§ System and business analysis skills
§ Excellent verbal and written
Experience
3 Years of hands on experience in IS Solutions and Consultancy
Professional Experience
§ Minimum 5 years overall experience with 3 years in the primary area
§ Appropriate certification in the primary area desirable
Academics
BS/MS Degree in I.T/Computer Science/Computer Engineering
