HR Manager (Female) required

Salsoft Technologies is a dynamic IT company. It was established in 2001, the basic idea for business initiation was to bring a harmonized, strong motivated and highly skilled team of specialists into a very mature and well-designed IT outsourcing business process in order to make a difference in the service value.
The main business line of our company is outsourcing/offshore services in software development, covering topics related to web based solutions (Internet & Intranet data management, Portals), client-server applications, CRM, critical research applications, e-learning, interactive multimedia, and complex content management solutions.

We Have two positions for HR Manager one for our Karachi office and other for Lahore office, The Job description is as follows:

Job Responsibilities:

· Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.

· Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.

· Implements and annually updates compensation program; rewrites job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys and develops merit pool (salary budget); analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.

· Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures; performs benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, annual re-evaluation of policies for cost effectiveness, information activities program, and cash flow.

· Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career patching program, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing; writes and places advertisements.

· Establishes and maintains department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings, such as seminars. Maintains company organization charts and employee directory.

· Evaluates reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.

Academic / Educational Requirements:

  • Must be suitably qualified preferably MBA HR
  • The candidate must have extensive experience of IT industry (Software House.)
  • Must be well versed with all policy matters regarding HR.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience of relevant experience..
  • Excellent English communication Skills.
  • Excellent inter personal skills.
  • Candidate Must be Female

Working Condition:

  • Office located in Karachi and Lahore
  • Normal office working hours
  • Can work with team in late sitting.
