- Build customer's interest in the vehicles/spare parts offered by the company.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
- Must have Problem-solving and Analytical skills.
- Convincing ability and persuasive.
- To serve as a bridge between company and customer/client.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
- At least one year or more in call / contact centers, online businesses, IT industry, Knowledge about online / Automotive industry.
- Average to Excellent communication skills & internet savvy.
