Job Description: Assistant Sales Manager ( level 2)
Department Name: NSPS
Purpose: To provide a role to ensure smooth and efficient management of Sales & Marketing functions of NSPS. To meet Sales targets. To improve market share & positioning of the company. Strategies, objectives and create Guidelines and processes to provide an integrated approach to business analysis within and outside the Sales/Marketing function abreast with market standards and in-line with the business objectives.

Minimum Qualification: MBA in Marketing from well reputed University /
or combination with an Engineering degree
Salary: 70,000 -80,000
Minimum Experience: Two to Three years Post qualification experience of reputable Organization.
Other Skills required: Excellent communication, computer competency and interpersonal skills, self starter, have initiative, and analytical skills.

In absence Reporting to: Director Panasiangroup

Scope of Functions: To organize the activities of Sales & Marketing of NSPS in order to achieve the business objectives and goals of the department under the supervision of GM NSPS.
Job Responsibilities
1. To organize the routine activities of NSPS department.
2. To organize / attend sales meetings and presentations on NSPS portfolio.
3. To correspond with all the customers and principals.
4. To ensure maintenance of security in NSPS office and security clearance of the desired PG executives in al the customers organizations.
5. To organize the business plan and implement the activities of NSPS department according to the goals and objectives set by Management.
6. To explore new customers from existing products.
7. To explore new business from the existing customers for the existing products.
8. To explore new opportunities for new products, new customers and new principals.
9. To prepare Daily and Monthly reports of NSPS department.
10. To keep close watch on competitors activities in order to update GM NSPS.
11. To enhance the customer relationship at lower and middle level.
12. To participate in tenders and follow up of sales.
13. To have desired level of knowledge for all products.
14. To follow up for receivables and get timely payments.
