SharePoint 2010 Administrator/Developer


Qualification    Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Systems
    ITIL V2 Foundation certified as a minimum
    MCITP SharePoint 2010
Experience    3-5 Years Previous Systems Administration Experience
    Extensive Microsoft SharePoint Services 2010 experience with Windows 2008
    Solid understanding of IT service best practice
Related Competencies    Good understanding of SharePoint 2010 and 2007
    Migration of SharePoint 2007 to 2010
    Configuring Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
    Web Services Management and Operations
    SharePoint Developer, Designer and VB clear understanding
    Data capturing
    Working Knowledge of AD, Exchange 2010, UC and ISA
    Experience of SQL Server 2005 and 2008
    Responsible for proactive monitoring, supporting and reporting of platforms
    Troubleshooting and problem resolution of SharePoint platform issues
Personal Attributes    Good written and oral communication skills; good interpersonal skills.
    Ability to conduct research into server issues and products as required.
    Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
    Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

Work Conditions    On-call availability in case of emergency and/or during project executions.
    Sitting for extended periods of time.
    Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
    Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals.
