Skills, Experience & Qualifications
· Key player in the development of IT projects.
· Collect and analyze the project’s business requirements; specify information flows, processes and procedures.
· Prepare accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, interface guides (user, product), and functional specification documents.
· Communicate effectively with Banks different department staff and internal teams to deliver product’s functional requirements.
· Document the acquired results of analysis and workflows as well as obtain sign-off from the department heads.
· Identify and manage any change requests related to the working projects.
· A positive and analytical thinking
· Critical and logical thought.
· Ability to analyze and document complex business processes using Unified Modeling Language.
· Effective communication, organization and collaboration skills.
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
· 5 years proven experience in business analysis roles in the financial sector and especially in the card business.
· Knowledge in standard analysis methods and tools (UML, Process Modeler, ...)
· Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science with Business Analysis experience in IT industry
