Capabilities
- University degree in Computer Science;
- Strong Familiarity with Adobe Flex. Core Java and J2EE;
- Database and operating systems knowledge ( Toad, Mysql, Linux will be plus);
- Knowledge of current technologies, including Hibernate, SWING, Log4J, WebServices, XML (Parsers SAX, DOM);
- Technically competent with various software programs, such as Rational Rose/Enterprise Architect, NetBeans IDE, Flex/Flash Builder, Subversion.
Preferred Skills
- Strong OOP concepts
- Understanding of platforms/Servers such as JBOSS, Sun Application Server;
- Can work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential;
- Can conform to demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies;
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
