- SHOULD: Experience with RubyOnRails, Django, or Grails
FRONTEND SKILLS:
- MUST: JavaScript, AJAX
- MUST: HTML, CSS

BACKEND SKILLS:
- MUST: Solid understanding of MVC
- MUST: Solid understanding of OOP
- MUST: JPA and Hibernate
