Skills and Knowledge Requirement
• Resource should hands-on in Quality Assurance of enterprise level
applications from any reputable organization. Knowledge of ISO and
CMMI process areas would be a plus.
• Trained in software quality assurance and bug tracking.
• Trained in writing test cases, test matrices, test data generation
and execution of test plans
• Trained in black box testing, system testing and data driven testing

Job Responsibilities and Tasks
• MUST have the responsibility realization for project execution independently
• Can execute project successfully and can also work in crunch mode
• Must have “Can Do” attitude
• Review FS and provide feedback
• Prepare test cases and test data generation as per specifications
• Test product as per acceptance test criteria
• Execute test cases and report bugs
• Test shipment package as per instructions
• Decide which test cases will be automated after last testing cycle
• Test the product against any SDRs or CRFs
• Participate in trainings & RND assignments
Educational /Experience Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree or equivalent.
• Fresh QA Resource, no experience required. (Post - A)
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in quality assurance. (Post - B)
