Location: Head Office - Muscat
Qualification Bachelor of Technology/Engineering Mechanical
Experience 18 -20 years of experience in bidding and tendering of contracts/
Projects for Oil&Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Wastewater. At least 3-5 years of project execution
experience is desirable.
Primary Responsibilities
• To successfully manage all tenders and bids for the Company.
• To closely work with the Heads and PMs of stream (Oil&Gas/Power/Civil) and ensure that correct tender prices are arrived at.
• Through value addition and appropriate costing methods, maximum the rate of success of tenders/bids.
• To interact closely with BD Dept. and optimize receipt of tender documents/bid documents.
• Recruit and sustain a competitive pool of Estimation Engineers and provide leadership to ensure their optimum participation in
the process of working out cost estimates.
Other Attributes Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to have effective interface with internal & external client.
