People Excellence Officer - Reporting & Analysis

Degree(s)/Major(s): MBA/MCS/MIT

Experience Required: 0-2 years of experience in data reporting and analysis, experience in different HR functions would be a plus

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Proficient in SQL (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel applications (advance level)
- Strong analytical and data mining skills
- Working knowledge of HR/other dashboards
- Excellent Presentation skills
