Qualification : BS (CS) or related discipline
Experience : 5 - 10 years

Job Description:
- Technical Lead will be leading Analyst, DBA and Developers.
- J2EE platform advance knowledge and experience with client/server and thin client applications, object oriented analysis and design.
- RDBMS design and implementation (stored procedures, views, queries, normalization, etc).
- AJAX, EJB, Servlets, JDBC, JSP, struts, web & application server, XML/ HTML / DHTML / JavaScript.
- Crystal enterprise reporting.
- Knowledge and application of latest development methodologies.
- Ability of managing data migration process,
- Familiarity with business functions (purchasing, finance)
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audience are required.
