· Skills such as ability to analyze & design software and large databases. Proficient in UML, XML, C# .NET, SOA, SQL Server & Oracle. Good knowledge of CM, CMMI processes & standards.
· Excellent analytical & problem solving skills with sound verbal & written communication skills.
· Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience for Senior and 2-3 years for Mid level positions.
