PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Masters degree with at least 15 years of exposure in an FMCG along with 5 years on a senior role.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Primarily responsible to oversee the everyday operations and functions of the Company.
Monitors the daily activities and work program of the organization
· Responsible for designing, improving and implementing the systems the Company uses to produce and deliver its products / services.
· The COO monitors and resolves issues regarding various aspects of the Company’s operations, which include, but are not limited to: sales and marketing, supply chain, IT, finance and accounts and human resources.
· The COO assures the system-wide implementation of the Company’s international policies, procedures and best practices in the above areas, and finds ways to improve them taking into consideration local reality (the population mentality, the business competition, etc.).
· As a Member of the Board of the local Company, the COO also reports to the Global Management Board (regular reporting, irregularity reporting).
· Manage organizational operations.
· Follow directions set by CEO, Board of Directors, and Global Management Board.
· Implement programs to ensure attainment of business plans for growth and profit.
· Provide direction and structure for operating units.
· The COO must be a creative, self-initiator who can work both independently and as the member of a team, while maintaining a positive motivation and strong interpersonal skills; the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
