One of our Clients is looking National Sales Manager for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·          Masters degree with 10 years of exposure in the sales function along with 5 years of top management exposure in a leading FMCG.
·          In-depth understanding of the Afghan Market ESSENTIAL
·          Regional Linguistics PREFFERED
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
·          Responsible for further establishing our client's key brands within the regions by driving incremental sales and distribution into managed and tenanted outlets of national retail group customers.
·          Drive and deliver the distribution & throughput targets, work closely with National Account Managers and Marketing to target key outlets and ultimately develop strong working relationships with key retail groups.
·          A natural communicator with a can do attitude, high personal expectations and proven abilities in sales and account management.
·          Responsible for determining the overall level of trade spend investment required into thechannel, and devise the sales plans for each of the major accounts in this space.
·          Provide leadership and direction to the National Account Managers and create a motivating and rewarding work environment creating progression opportunities for the talented performers in the sales function.
·          Effective communication and presentation skills
·          Must be self sufficient and able to work with limited supervision/management.
·          Must be a creative individual with trade marketing, brand focus and P&L skills
