We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to work on diverse projects. The ideal candidate must possess strong interpersonal communication skills. Should be able to identify, research, and resolves problems. Would respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests from foreign clients/ customers. Would track and monitor the problems to insure a timely resolution.
Skills Required:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, pleasant manner, approachable and can remain calm under pressure. Excellent English communication abilities are essential.
- Excellent written English Must be able to draft formal business letters, emails and write proposals and reports.
- Have a flexible attitude to working hours. (9 hour night shift Between 600 PM to 6 AM)
- With excellent organization & communication skills, the ideal candidate will have an eye for detail.
- Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, with the ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Intermediate level knowledge of web designing in HTML and Database Concepts.
- Some experience with Imaging Software (e.g. Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro) for screen capturing and basic designing.
- General functional knowledge in the following areas is desired Inventory Management, Customer Relationship Management, Database Management and Content Management for online store.
- Must be tech savvy and desire to learn and gather information about latest trends and technologies.
- Must have excellent internet search skills. Must be a quick learner.
- Must have some basic information about E-commerce, Online Stores, and Search Engine Optimization etc.
- Must have the ability coordinate work flow of processes.
