Immediate need for medical biller and data entry seeking good hours, excellent company and growth potential. High dollar billing, knowledge and understanding of ICD-CPT codes will be keys to success in this stable organization. Knowledge of HMO, PPO, Managed Care will also be important. Will be responsible for data entry, customer service and knowledge of billing for Healthcare Services company.
Must be able to verify insurance and/or medical claims and be able to deliver great customer service. Coding experience also required. Must be highly motivated and have at least 3 years of experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- In-depth knowledge on transcription guidelines/medical terminologies
- Must be a highly qualified medical transcriptionist with Proven skills in all work types, specialties, accents, and dialects
- Proficient in English (both written and oral communication skills), MS office & similar application software
- Well versed with various medical systems and medical terminologies
- Ability to transcribe the reports of different kinds of dictators
- Good listening and comprehension skills
- Persistent non-relenting and an exceptional eye for details
- Good analytical & organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Possess a high degree of integrity and commitment to comply with policies, regulations, and codes of conduct governing all aspects of job responsibilities.
The candidate for this position must have prior experience with private insurance, Medicare and Medicaid.
