Skills required
1. 2-4 years of working experience in Systems Administration area while working in a technically advanced Data Center environment, preferably in a Telecom company
2. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience of Windows based high end systems, with HA/Cluster and Disaster Recovery configurations as required to support a mission critical IT Systems Infrastructure
3. Working experience of latest storage technologies like SAN, FC, RAID, Virtualization, and High-end disk systems
4. Experience of managing latest tape and disk backup/recovery solutions and technologies
5. Should have strong experience in Microsoft Development Tools Visual Studio 2005/2008 and SharePoint Designer. Web Technologies & Languages (IIS, Silver light, AJAX, jQuery, C#, ASP.Net,CAML, CSS, HTML, XML, XSLT).
6. Should have knowledge and experience in the area of Systems and Information Security
7. Should have strong knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005, Internet Information Server 6.0
8. Should be able to plan, deploy and manage Sharepoint Server 2007 technology.
9. Should have proven experience of working and delivering under stress situations, with a focused approach towards problem resolution.
