E-Commerce Manager

Role and Responsibilities

Looking for a candidate with excellent communication and computer skills for our back office operations team of managing orders, liaison with vendors and customers through email and phone. Candidate will be responsible to:
  • take in-bound calls to place orders
  • check order status
  • check availability through a web-based inventory system
  • update tracking number
  • and process transactions
  • update order profile
  • liaison with vendors through email or phone
  • confirm availability of items
  • negotiate rates

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Must have excellent written and spoken English. A college degree or higher would be preferred. Candidate must be sharp and confidant with the ability to own their work and be highly organized. Must have E-commerce experience. Knowledge of e-commerce is mandatory. Candidate must have excellent skills with MS Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in handling CRM systems will be a plus. Must have excellent negotiation Skills. Only night shifts available. Relaxed environment. Excellent growth opportunity.

Preferred Skills

Experience in E-Commerce applications, transactions through SSL using a payment gateway and knowledge of standard security practices
Candidate must be sharp and confidant with the ability to own their work and be highly organized. Candidate must have excellent skills with MS Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in handling CRM systems will be a plus.
