Bachelor’s Electrical/Telecom Engineering (Minimum)
Skills required
1. Planning and Optimization of MSC/MSS/MGW/HLR/STP with preferred experience in R4 and NgHLR technology.
Solid O&M experience will also be considered.
2. Understanding of KPIs as well an understanding of Licensing of core network nodes.
3. Knowledge of GSM Architecture, Interfaces, Protocols and call flows.
4. Planning and Optimization of Core Network nodes with other network entities from BSS/TXN/IN/VAS domain.
5. Knowledge of SS7 Protocols MAP, CAMEL/INAP and Evolution on SS7oIP (SIGTRAN)
6. Hardware Utilization management and audits
7. Knowledge of IP domain
8. Project Management
9. Knowledge of evolution to 3G
