PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Bachelors in Mechanical Engg/Plastics Technology.
· 8 - 10 years experience in handling PET & HDPE Blow Molding & Injection molding. Experience in ASB, BEKUM, KHS machines preferable.
· Knowledge of ISO sytems
· Knowledge of TPM, Kaizen, 5S preferable.
· GCC experience preferable.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for delivering production plan in terms of SKU wise, shift wise volumes
· Ensuring adherence to process quality parameters and end product quality
· Ensuring productivity of resources in respect of machines, material and men including capacity utilization
· Minimise break downs of plant and machinery and down times by implementing planned preventive maintenance and shut downs.
· Ensure that plant area adheres to GMP, Safety and Hygiene standards including safety drills
· Ensure optimum manning strategies, multi-skilling and high degree of workmen motivation
· Ensure uptime of plant and machinery especially through reduction in change over time and adequate line balancing
