Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Experience: 6+ years experience of Client Services
2+ years prior experience of managing call center operations

Requirements:
Masters degree, preferably MBA
Excellent understanding of call center operations, process, & procedures
Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
Strong customer orientation
Excellent spreadsheet (MS Excel) and data analysis skills
Excellent interpersonal and team skills
Motivation and ambition to excel
Drive to learn and grow
Must have Leadership & management skills
Good Team Building skills

Package: Negotiable. Depends on the nature of experience and exposure to International call center, managerial competencies, and skill set.
