  • Ensures efficient, effective and high quality system support to all PC users.
  • Installation of Operating Systems, Antivirus & other supporting softwares as per requirements.
  • Troubleshoot user queries with respect to PC Hardwares and Softwares.
  • Prepares periodic reports with respect to the current status of all computing devices and peripherals for management review.
  • Maintains a record of user complains and queries related to hardware and software.
