Siebel Systems Integration Specialist - Abu Dhabi, UAE

*Essential *

Minimum 4 years of technical aspects of multiple IT projects ranging in
varying degrees of complexity. ERP / Siebel CRM related integration
experience required.

Minimum 1 years experience with Web Services, Service Oriented
Architecture (SOA) Development.

At least 2 years experience with Java technologies and JDeveloper

Business Analysis experience and the use of MS Visio and/or other tools
to document business cases.

Strong background and understanding of Enterprise Application
Implementations (ERP and CRM).

*Preferred *

Product knowledge and Implementation experience of at least one of the
following Oracle Module

o Oracle Financials

o Oracle HR

o Siebel CRM

Development experience using Siebel Tools

Experience with Oracle Applications System Administration

Oracle SOA Suite
Experience with a focus on BPEL

Strong Understanding and Experience of integrating Siebel with other
Enterprise Applications

Understanding of Oracle Applications technical architecture

*Computer Skills *

Intermediate knowledge of MS-Project to define project plans

MS-Excel to manage and analyze data – Expert level

MS- PowerPoint to prepare professional presentations.

MS-Outlook to manage calendar, contacts and e-mails.

MS-Word to prepare professional and accurate documents.

Oracle Forms and Reports Development with Oracle Developer.

Oracle SOA Suite (ESB, BPEL), JDeveloper, Integration experience with
Oracle EBS, Siebel.

Oracle Applications System Administration experience and understanding of
Oracle Applications Architecture

Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA) development experience

Experienced with Oracle strategic technology such as Java, J2EE, XML, and
Web Services.

Strong XML skills that will be used in conjunction with Oracle BPEL.

Extensive experience in Siebel EAI – Integration Workflows, Web Services
, Integration Objects, Siebel Adapters, EAI Transport Adapters, VBCs, SOAP,
WSDL, DTD, XSL.

*Summary of Duties & Accountabilities *
*Technical Support *

Design, code, unit test, system test, performance test, debug, implement,
and support Systems Integration either through new development of systems,
enhancement of existing systems, or 3rd party products.

Design & implement web-based interfaces utilizing Java technologies and
RDBMS concepts, such as J2EE, JMS, Oracle DB, and various productivity
tools.

Provide support on the Core Applications during implementation with
regard to Integration, Data Migration, etc.

Provide technical inputs for design of secure, scalable and efficient
databases.

Research & identify new technologies/ products evaluate & recommend if
found beneficial to the business

Play a crucial role in various aspects of the Integration Projects
including architecture, design, development, system testing, and user
acceptance testing
. Lead effort to document technical requirements,
architecture, and design of Integration solutions.

Lead/participate in enterprise SOA strategy and adoption.

Provide input for various strategic application initiatives and projects.

Participate in cross-functional project teams in the evaluation and
selection of enterprise-wide, packaged SOA products/vendors, satisfying
business requirements. Choose the appropriate hardware and software
implementation platforms for the enterprise solution. Serve as a key
contributor during the implementation phase.

Proactively assess new technologies & platform capacity management to
meet escalating business demands.

Work with third party vendors and consultants in building architectures
for business process integration utilizing enterprise integration platform.

Business Best Practice *

Provide guidance and oversight to integration projects. Responsible to
ensure methodology, best practices, and standards are followed. Conduct
reviews to ensure overall quality of the integration solution.

Formulate standards, guidelines and best practices for A2A/B2B
integrations.

As a team member should share IT knowledge with other staff, through a
combination of ad hoc assistance and formal training.

Ensure technical Documentation is prepared for all applications
implemented using established standards.

Be able to work in a team environment and to contribute to multiple
projects at once is essential.

Able to act independently. Demonstrate an understanding of all elements
required to architect, design, build, test, operate and maintain complex
integrations utilizing enterprise infrastructure & applications.

Provide support to production systems, respond to emergencies in a timely
manner, and provide management with status as appropriate.
