Lead Consultants and Instructors for IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO20000)

Responsibilities

Lead and/or participate in ITIL implementation projects

Deliver ITIL, ISO 20000 or related training sessions

Minimum Requirements

At least 16 years of formal education in IT, Masters level education will be highly preferred

At least 6 years of experience of managing IT services with good organization(s)

ITIL v3 Foundation certified

Exposure of ISO 20000, MOF and other related frameworks

Experience of re-engineering or improving business processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu

Experience of developing and delivering effective trainings

Project management skills

Highly confident and self-driven

Mature and responsible attitude
