SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) MANAGER

Duties, Skills & Experience:

  • Development, designing & implementation of internet marketing plans/strategies especially related to search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Proven track record of increasing traffic, revenue, profit, client acquisition, and brand awareness through SEO.
  • Analyze, review & develop website traffic metrics, ROI, and PPC & other campaign performances.
  • SEO optimization of the website, including analyzing current web page designs and code and working with the design and development teams to implement recommended changes.
  • Present strategy, progress and results reports on an ongoing basis
  • Monitor and report on search engine rankings and their impact on sales and visitors.
  • Working with the marketing team on content optimization and development
  • Updating SEO best practices documents and training teams on using them in their work.
  • Keeping up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, changes, and competitor activity
  • A minimum of 5 years full time SEO experience for a medium to large size company.
  • Knowledge of white hat SEO methods and best practices.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current search engine algorithms/methods
  • Basic programming and web design knowledge, and how it effects SEO
  • Strong analytical skills, i.e., the ability to analyze results to determine key findings.
  • General understanding of HTML and the Internet required, however, this position is not a Web development role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Strong presentation, analysis, and negotiating skills.
