Job Responsibilities:

- 1. Monitor monthly / weekly production plan to achieve sales / supply targets making full use of available resources and report variances.
2. Ensure all materials are available to meet the weekly production schedule.
3. Ensure timely completion of local / export orders.
4. Ensure effective coordination / liaison / follow ups with internal / external suppliers / customers.
5. Monitor stock levels & expedite / de-expedite accordingly.
6. Responsible for performance metrics relative to customer fill rate, inventory turns and monitoring forecast accuracy.
7. Review monthly ex-factory sales orders on the basis of sales forecast and available ending inventory at distributor’s warehouse.
8.. Participate effectively in all sales and operational planning meetings.
9. Coordinate; follow up with toll (in / out) clients for production requirements nd monthly sales and supplies against production orders.
10. Ensure strict disciplining at all levels addresses grievances and compliance of company rules & procedures.
11. Builds a high performance team by providing ongoing coaching & counseling and retaining best talent through motivation and recognition & making tough decisions on non performance.
12. Enforces adherence to local policies and procedures, Regulation and EHS programs
