· Aviation Background with minimum of 8 years of handling a relevant marketing role in the same industry
RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS
· Develop and implement marketing strategies.
· Coordinate financial analysis for new fleet competitions.
· Oversee the activities of four direct reports whom have responsibility for the individual airline accounts in the region.
· Develop performance plans and performance reviews for direct reports.
· Provide guidance and support for direct report's personal development plans.
· Identify, develop and execute creative customer value propositions and marketing strategies.
· Lead a team which will develop customer relationships up to and including senior management levels.
