Job Responsibilities:
- Hands on Experience of SAP & MRP
- Team oriented individual
- Good communication skills both written & Oral
- Must be proficient in MS Office application; such as must possess above average skills in MS word, Excel & power point.
- 1. To generate Materials Requirement Planning to meet MPS (Master Production Schedule).
2. Raise purchase requisitions of Raw and Packaging Materials as per SAP suggestions and follow-up for their deliveries on given Need-by-Date.
3. Follow-up with QCD (Quality Control Department) for approval of Raw and Packaging Materials.
4. To generate MRP of Toll-out products and ensure Raw and Packing Materials deliveries to smooth run of planned production.
5. Plan new product launches and follow-up deliveries accordingly.
6. Monitor stock levels & expedite / de-expedite accordingly.
7. Ensure all materials are available to meet the weekly production schedule.
8. Ensure effective coordination/liaison/follow ups with internal/external suppliers/customers.
9. Responsible for performance metrics relative to inventory turns and monitoring planned vs. consumption..
10. Participate effectively in all sales and operational planning meetings.
11. Coordinate; follow up with toll (in/out) clients for production requirements and monthly sales and supplies against production orders.
12. Ensure strict disciplining at all levels, addresses grievances and compliance of company rules and procedures
13. Enforces adherence to local Policies and Procedures, Regulations and EHS programs.
