PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION
· CA/ACMA,MBA – Finance with 5-8 years
· CANDIDATE HAVING A WORK EXPOSURE IN POULTRY OR FMCG BACKGROUND STRONGLY PREFERRED
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Contributes to strategic planning and development as a member of executive team
· Prepares presents and interprets financial reports to senior management prepared on a monthly basis.
· Directs accounting department activities.
· Budget forecasts, capital, production, and operating cost run-rate analysis, various probability assessments and other proactive insightful analyses as required by the business unit.
· Works closely with the Controller to analyze monthly financial reports for business unit, including, but not limited to, capital, production and operating cost results
· Provides analytical input for business unit result variance analysis to Business Unit Controller (Finance Team lead).
· Works closely with Team leads within the business unit to provide insightful and proactive analysis concerning team performance and production, capital and operating cost forecasts based upon events impacting teams.
· Capable of individually contributing or leading local process redesign efforts to improve system and process efficiency and effectiveness.
