- Someone who has an excellent understanding of a CRM tool / machine and how to use it to it's maximum ability, definitely has to have worked with one before (doesn't have to be Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Ability to spot business opportunities - how can our clients businesses make more money from the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, their CRM tool of choice that is being implemented.
- It is desirable if the individual can Customize the system to his/her needs using the standard customization tools.
- Think laterally to solve problems so as to find the best answer to the needs of the business.
- Produce product documentation and end-user guides for developed solutions.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of bids and ITT responses for larger projects.
- Support the Sales team in pre-sales meetings and presentations in order to represent and explain the delivery approach.
Experience of the following would also be an advantage:
- CRM solutions, particularly Microsoft CRM.
- Business Development.
- Creating new business sales.
- Sharepoint know how.
