- Handling corporate accounts of the company in field of outsourcing, Headhunting, Executive Search.
- Business Development activities.
- Represent ParagonEDS to prospects/clients according to our principals.
- Help build an image of ParagonEDS and customer centric company.
- Contacting prospects/clients and maintaining relationships with them.
- Obtaining Job Orders/Job requirements from direct clients.
- Any other related to the Sales/Account Management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with clients and HR colleagues.
- Providing regular reporting updates and attending appropriate business management meetings.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
