· Masters or Bachelors degree from a recognized university or a qualified Chartered Accountant.
· Three to five years of experience of implementation of Tier 1 solutions including Financial/SCM/HCM/Manufacturing/Asset Management and CRM.
· Certifications and / or training on the specific solution are required.
· Hands-on experience of at least two full life-cycle implementation.
· Good business analysis and functional design skills required for at least one of the functional areas.
· Ability to lead and handle work streams independently.
· Experience in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas sectors will be given preference.
