We are a leading International Group engaged in Media Production. We need energetic, task oriented and dynamic individuals for our Production Management teams at different levels. The ideal candidates should be:
· Graduate/Postgraduate degree holders with specialization in media production having 3-5 years relevant experience, or Diploma holders in Printing & Graphic Art with higher qualifications having 8 to 10 years relevant experience.
· Comprehensive hands on experience in different domains of Production Management, preferably in media culture. Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting will be an added qualification. Must be thoroughly trained at a prominent Production establishment. Should be well conversant with the setting up as well as dis-installation of Machinery.
· Ability to perform, coordinate, monitor and following up the activities related to infrastructure building and multi-tasking is a must for this job.
· Ability to use computer efficiently, especially MS Office, will add value to the candidature.
· Applicants are also required to be excellent people manager with impressive communication skills. They should have Team Management Quality in addition to the ability to solve problems and motivate employees.
