- A degree in computer Sciences or English Literature
- 6 months to 1 year experience in software documentation, tutorials, or user manuals.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Ability to work with new material or information to grasp its implications
- Excellent team and interpersonal skills
