Job Description :
The Data Center System Engineer/Pre-sales is responsible for technical pre-sales support for Data Center Solutions and the product lines. The System Engineer will assist the sales team to obtain revenue goals by helping to qualify accounts, answer RFP/RFIs, preparing and delivering solution based product presentations, attending trade shows, and leading proof of concepts which meet client's business requirements. The System Engineer is responsible for handling technical questions or issues which arise during a sales cycle and setting appropriate customer expectations. Min. of 4 years or combination of technical experience (Min. of 2 years of System or as a Network Engineer experience or combination).

Key Roles:

  • Performing case qualification after the identification.

  • Preparing Solution draft technical and commercial for cases.

  • Performing customer visit for solution understanding and assessment.

  • Putting demos online and offline.

  • Closing case call technically as well as commercially.

  • Organizing pre and post sales training.

  • Performing product training to channels.

  • Convincing channel for product selection and promotion.

  • Key accounts implementation of projects.

  • In-house simulation of customer requirement.
