The applicant must be an MBA or equivalent from a reputable local or foreign university with a minimum of 10 to 15 years relevant experience in a commercial bank, preferably in the Retail Banking department of an Islamic commercial bank. In addition, applicants must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
