- Preferably MCSE or CCNA
- Windows 2003/Linux server
- Windows XP/VISTA
- ISA server 2004 Exchange server
- LAN/VAN
- Windows Terminal services
- Hardware and software maintenance
- Knowledge of SQL server
- Recovery and back-up procedure
- Anti virus and Firewalls
- LAN Cabling, PC maintenance, troubleshooting
- Software Installation, troubleshooting
