Position reports to QA Manager for one of the leading call centers in Pakistan
To effectively & efficiently maintain the Quality of Service of the leading Contact Center by evaluating the calls against non competitive benchmarking i.e. internal benchmarking & bridging the gap amongst agents regarding Quality functions & Standards
Design-in (Live) Evaluations Delivered out( Recorded) Evaluations Live Evaluations Recorded Evaluations Preshifts QC Sessions (Training and Feedback) Calls Calibration Absenteeism
