QA Executive INBOUND /OUTBOUND calls required

The leading contact center here in Karachi are looking for a Quality
Assurance
Executive for their Contact Center here in Karachi. The
candidate would be reporting to the QA Manager. Responsibilities
include:

- Live Evaluations/Live Targets
- Recorded Targets/Recorded Targets
- Preshifts
- QC Sessions (Training and Feedback)
- Calls Calibration
- Absenteeism

Qualifications/ Knowledge : At least Graduate from recognized
institute or equivalent education

Training : Skills - Generic : To have sound knowledge of PC usage,
Microsoft Office

Skills- Job Specific : Strong Presentation/Communication Skills (
English – Urdu)

Experience: At least 1 year experience in the same capacity
