Education: - Bachelor’s in Computer Science from a reputed institute.
Requirements
- Must be a Computer Science Graduate. (BCS/BS/MCS)
- Good understanding of Software Development Processes and Procedures, SDLC.
- Good knowledge of Databases.
- Fundamental concepts of Object Oriented Programming.
- Strong concepts of Testing methodologies, Bug Life Cycle, Testing Types and Testing Cycle.
- Ability to develop Test Cases, Test Scenarios, Traceability Matrix and posting/verificatio n and tracking of defects.
- Ability to perform Smoke, Functional, Regression, Performance and System Testing.
- Ability to identify, track and Report Bugs (Preferably using any Bug Tracking Tool)
- Knowledge of ISO and CMMI standards will be plus point.
- Perform functional, regression, black box, integration and Performance testing.
Other Skills
- Good documentation and technical writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent command over English, both in written and spoken.
- Team building, including cross-functional team building.
- Must be a team player and mentor.
